1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Item must not be damaged, worn, or altered
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email)

🚫 Please note: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalised diet and workout plans
  • Digital downloads or content
  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g., massage tools)

2. Eco-Friendly Shipping & Return Timeframes

Because we work with global partners and eco-friendly shipping solutions, some products may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. This also applies to return logistics — we appreciate your patience in supporting more sustainable practices.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
  • You will be responsible for return shipping unless we confirm otherwise

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Contact us, and we’ll do our best to help. In most cases, we suggest returning the item and placing a new order to ensure speed and availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We’re sorry! If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Provide a photo of the issue and your order number.
  3. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email admin@maximumability.co.uk with the subject line:

"Return Request – [Order Number]"

Include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged/incorrect)
